What is Savan Tao bodywork?
Using gravity, body weight and limb resistance, Savan Tao bodywork challenge’s a person’s body awareness, muscle control, balance and coordination. It also tones and strengthens the whole body and dramatically improves posture.

Train whenever and wherever you like once you
have learned the movements...all you need is you.

The Origins
Savan Tao bodywork is an off shoot of Savan Tao Kung Fu. It was designed to allow the student to train alone without the need for elaborate equipment.
